LiaiseOnline introduced email marketing to Berkshire in 2001.

In 2002 we launched Business in Berkshire and sent regular email newsletters to those that were interested in knowing what was going on around Berkshire.

In those early days 50% of the emails would be opened up and 50% of those would click on the links and find out more. Over the years, the time pressure on recipients of our newsletters has meant that trying to read all 20-30 messages was impossible and so we decided to make things easy for the readers by sending single messages with very clear titles. This way they can open or delete quickly and move on.

Business Alerts allows us to send a single message to the whole database, the number of recipients is detailed at the top of this page. These people have opened at least one of the last 15 of our emails, meaning they are enjoying our communications and not simply making up the numbers!
